HumanizeThat is a proprietary Artificial Intelligence tool designed to restructure, rewrite, and naturally alter AI-generated text to mimic human linguistics. The Service processes inputs to lower detection probability on automated AI scanners.

Premium plans grant unlimited word processing subject to a fair-use policy. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled prior. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscriptions. Aside from this 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable due to the high computational costs of AI generation.

Because AI detection algorithms (like Turnitin, GPTZero, etc.) are third-party systems that update frequently, HumanizeThat operates on a probabilistic basis. We do not guarantee a 100% success rate across all detectors at all times. HumanizeThat is provided "AS IS" and we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any academic, professional, or financial consequences resulting from the use of text generated by our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

We claim no ownership over the original text you submit, nor the humanized output provided to you. You retain all rights to your content. However, the HumanizeThat software, brand, UI/UX, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of HumanizeThat Inc.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HumanizeThat and its operators against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
